The owners Nick Hardy & Tiemen Bosma have over 45 years of experience owning and chartering classic yachts. They came together through their enthusiasm for the classic lines and the preservation of famous classic yachts. Today, with offices in Wadhurst, East Sussex, UK and Amsterdam they are using their experience once more to build one of the world’s premier collection of classic sailing and motor yachts. |
In the early 90's Nick Hardy operated a beautiful 'Dunkirk Little ship' called 'Llanthony' a 85' Camper & Nicholson 1930 classic motor yacht, along the Turkish Aegean coast. Since that time he has used his experience to help others promote their own charter yachts. In 1993 he set up the Independent Holiday Shop in Winchester, offering bespoke and tailor-made holidays throughout the world, whilst continuing to represent classic yachts owners. In 2002 he was presented with the prestigious 'Best independent travel agency' award in the UK by Travel Weekly Magazine. In 2005 he sold his travel agency to concentrate more on helping classic yacht owners promote their beautiful boats. |
Tiemen Bosma made his career in international advertising & marketing and always combined this with owning and renovating famous classic yachts. Today, Tiemen owns Atalanta, his second classic Feadship, which underwent a refit of 3 years. He spent part of his life in Greece and the South of France which gave him the opportunity to broaden his yachting experience. Today Tiemen combines both his professional skills and his hobby for classic yachts to promote our company with a unique collection of 80 beautiful yachts. |
